The Q, W, E, R keys by default are designated for the Life, Mana, SD and Antidote potions respectively. You can reassign a new item to each of those letters by placing the mouse pointer over the item (which should be in your inventory) and pressing the CTRL key and the letter you want to assign (only between the 3 letters you can choose). Now when you press the letter you assigned you will consume what is in that letter, be it potion, antidote, alcohol or whatever item you have there.
Use macros You can also assign regular messages to default keys. For this you must press the "ENTER" key this will open the chat box and there you will write / 1 Hello, do you sell wings? and every time you press the Atl + 1 keys, that message will appear, the number can be from 0 to 1.
